I went to these people for help and it's been the worse experience of my life I've been victimized and turned around and made out to be something I'm not . I cant not believe this is what its come to they are not to be trusted . Worst company I've ever had to deal with in my life . Who do I go to about this when they don't return your calls and hang up on me for trying to get help.
I listed my home with these people while I was seeking medical treatment that was life-saving in Mexico. There was a bunch of promises Maid that weren’t kept, and I had to switch Realtor’s just to get the house sold. After switching realtors, they would only allow me to switch if I paid an extra $6000 of commission to them, even though they advised me completely wrong on my goals when I was very clear on what I wanted from the beginning. We are so blessed to have had a professional, caring, supportive representative from Keller Williams professional services. Sherri was great. Moving from Kansas to Arizona was a true experience, but we would never would have found our retirement home without Sherri help. I would recommend them for anyone who's looking to make a move.
These ladies are very nice and friendly. However, many things occurred that were distressing to me. I asked them to come to my home to tell me what they thought I could sell my home for. I was in the process of redoing my home (i.e., painting, cleaning, etc.) They came in and after a few minutes told me that my house smelled (it was the fresh paint), told me "oh, I hate this kitchen", told me the tiles in my hallway and bathroom didn't match (they did).
