We are so blessed to have had a professional, caring, supportive representative from Keller Williams professional services. Sherri was great. Moving from Kansas to Arizona was a true experience, but we would never would have found our retirement home without Sherri help. I would recommend them for anyone who's looking to make a move.
These ladies are very nice and friendly. However, many things occurred that were distressing to me. I asked them to come to my home to tell me what they thought I could sell my home for. I was in the process of redoing my home (i.e., painting, cleaning, etc.) They came in and after a few minutes told me that my house smelled (it was the fresh paint), told me "oh, I hate this kitchen", told me the tiles in my hallway and bathroom didn't match (they did). The Daughter Dad team is fantastic!! Moving is stressful enough but you can rest easy and count on the Daughter Dad the entire way, from staging the house, open house events, supplying moving boxes AND a moving trailer, frequent communications and so on. I enthusiastically endorse the Daughter Dad team and recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and caring realtor team to sell your home. (Ask them about their mortgage broker Gigi; she is equally fantastic!!)
Sherri was great! Always stayed on top of everything to make sure I was informed immediately of any documents needed to make the process go smooth and as fast as possible and answered all of my questions right away. I love my new home😁
