Will be switching pcp’s mainly due to the fact that every option when calling the main line does not pick up. When calling the front desk (pressing 0), she’s always had a really rude tone of voice, you can hear her sighing as if she doesn’t want to be there, and didn’t ask if I needed anything else, she immediately hung up after answering my question not leaving any time to say more. Please get staff members that pick up the phone but also make the patient feel heard.

Daub is an excellent doctor. The front desk woman I am always put through to has been rude every time we've spoken, and seems to not know how to do her job. Every administrative question I ask she needs to clarify with Daub and says she will get back to me and never does. I've had to switch PCPs due to the frustrating and long winded experience of contacting this facility.

We've been with Dr Daub for many years. He's always so interested in what's happening with us and always makes more than enough time to talk. I appreciate everybody in the office for their caring. Nobody ever disappoints. Appointments are easy to arrange, especially in the late afternoon hours.

I called and explained that I wasn't happy with the treatment my PCP gave me and was hoping to consult with Dr Daub about potentially treating me, the front office and Dr Daub seemed to not want me as a patient, continually looking for an excuse to turn me away, "We don't do second opinions" "You have to go through your primary care". I have a PPO so I don't need referrals or my insurance company's permission to change doctors, but the front office just seems to not want to make appointments. I was just in for a visit and was taken care of by the PA, Carmen. She was LOVELY, very kind, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions above and beyond what I had originally come in for. I have also had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Daub on previous occasions, and both Carmen & Dr. Daub are GREAT at what they do. I always leave feeling like I have a better understanding of my health and people who truly care about my wellbeing.
