I had Total Thyroidectomy surgery on 5/23/2018. Dr. Datta has AWESOME patient bedside skills. I was walked through my entire surgery / recovery. Yesterday, I had my 3-month follow-up visit and very pleased with my recovery. I would definitely recommend Dr. Datta. Warmest Regards, Andrea D Hicks
I've suffered cancer, and I had three opinions and Doctor Datta was one of them, my opinion, don't waste your time with opinions go straight to the best Dr Datta, I lived in Long Island for 20 years, I now live in North Carolina, I travel 10 hours for my physicals, to me ,doctor Datta he is the best doctor in the whole world. He is kind, and he is a genius.

Month 7 of trying to straighten billing ,now gone to collections ....never will go there again .....think about that risk .....

Two words - "Amazing Doctor". Dr. Datta is one of the kindest physicians I have ever encountered. Going to an oncologist is overwhelming. His bedside manner immediately relaxed me. I was no longer fearful no matter what the outcome would be. Distinguished, professional, answered all my questions, concerned, kind, top notch. Cannot think of a negative thing to say. Dr. Datta is awesome. From the first time I met him he was kind, caring and sensitive and totally put me at ease. I had already been to two other surgeons, both of whom scared me, Dr. Datta was warm and encouraging, but most of all direct and professional that I knew he was the right doctor for me. I needed to have a mastectomy and thanks to his skills my surgery and recovery went extremely well. He has followed up with me regularly and still cares. I would recommend him without hesitation.
Dr Datta is the most understanding and compassionate dr any one would like to meet very knowledgeable .
