This place is great…WHEN ITS OPEN. I’ve been trying to come get a single comb for 2-3 weeks and every time I go, any day I go (including days when they’re claiming to be open online) they are literally never open. At the very least they can update the open and closing times…not very professional at all.

So! Let me start off by saying…the phone number does not work to make appointments (loosing business). Second very unprofessional (this is a business right?). And third communication, this goes for follow ups, appointments, etc. just saying have to do better in a professional environment.

I've been to Mrs Mavis a few times now and my experience with her is always a very pleasant one. Its a great atmosphere. Very peaceful. She does not over book herself. I would recommend her to everyone.

I'm a Caucasian female, recently lost all my hair, not about to discuss the reason, however I went to Sally beauty and they referred me here because they had no wigs. When I got inside the female in the back was very busy, so she was unable to answer questions, and I had ALot due to this whole new experience for me. I got waist length medium box braids , for reasons I won’t discuss I was almost an hour late for my appointment, my braider was very understanding although I don’t suggest doing this ,and had my braids done in about 4 hours , very professional and great work and will work with you so you have the best hair and experience possible
