I was recently contacted by a Datavox rep (Mollie Dobersek) who told me that Datavox was having an open house to showcase their offerings. This was perfect timing as my company had been delaying an A/V install/upgrade for a while but hadn't had the time to sit down and figure it out. Visiting the Datavox campus pretty much sold me. I had spent several thousand dollars on Toshiba equipment from these guys. I found them aggressive and a bit arrogant and very slow to respond to service issues. After two years of problems we had to start from scratch with another provider and needed to liquidate our purchased equipment on eBay.
