I called Datatel late in the afternoon having some issues with a CAT6 cable run / terminations, and they showed up next day. Angelo assisted and made quick work of the issue. He went above and beyond by showing me exactly how to properly terminate the CAT6, and my error - using patch cable instead of spool cable. I called Datatel with an unusual fiber-optic related request, the response was to send out 2 technicians (same day) that showed up extremely promptly in a clean and well marked technician van wearing clean company clothes. They were extremely nice and professional, not only were they knowledgeable on their work, but they were very accommodating and extremely helpful. I will be calling them for all of our communication or fiber optic related needs.

OMG!!! Wonderful from start to finish! Larry was prompt and easy to work with, scheduling an appointment for service almost immediately. On the day of service, Angelo and Nas called to inform of their arrival, then got the job done. What could have been a nightmare was handled with calm and ease. I am so grateful to them!! My husband and I waited to repair our Cat 6 for years believing the process would be awful - not so with Datatel Network Cabling. THANK YOU to Larry, Angelo and Nas!!
