I used to work for a doctor's office that hired this company to help with the administrative overflow in the office...What a nightmare! The only good thing about it was the manager at the time (Megan) who did everything she could to keep us happy despite the incompetent staff and terrible owner. Every time I would call and talk to Annette (the owner), she would try to sell us on more services.
