i was told i could cancel my account after using it. well after signing up i found out they didn't have the data i needed and then as soon as i wanted to cancel and remove my credit card they stopped responding to my messages. there is no way to manually remove my credit card and the only way to contact them is via a button which takes you to a broken link...
