Awful customer service. Sending out invoices for payment while we prepaid for the year. Customer service rep could not tell me what our agreed on price was after multiple requests. Manager did not call back when promised. Requested to cancel our annual plan - they picked up bin and would not refund the prorated amount. Was told the contract says it is non refundable - but they were not able to provide me with a copy of the agreement to show where it said that. Refund was finally offered but it has now been 6 weeks since then... read more
They r ok u have to go through the ringer just to order a birth certificate and then they only give u 2-4 to pick it up no other times so God for id u would have to work during that time frame
I recommend going anywhere else but this company. We have had too many issues and if you are trying to leave make sure you stay up until your last month of your contract but be sure to notify them 90 days in advance you are leaving!
