Response to the Angry Salesman I am writing this in response to the disgruntled salesman who complained about the verification service that Data Exchange provides, specifically the idiots who do the verifications. I work for Data Exchange simply because I needed a job quickly. Yes, there are some incompetent fools who work the phones because the pay sucks, they treat their employees horribly and the turnover rate is out of control. the worst part of a salesman's day These guys are incompetent. Most of them cant even spell simple words so you have to repeat yourself 2000 times and spell every thing out... Only so they can still have it wrong so that your deal will fall through.
data exchange needs change this company is very unprofessional they dont pay enough and most of the people there know it . the place needs to be leveled and they need to start over from square one. most of the employees are cool. the management just blows.
STAY FAR AWAY This has to be one of the worst companies in the entire state to work for. They do not value the employees and are disrespectful. The turnover rate is atrocious! People come and go every week!! They do not give breaks in a timely fashion, they don't follow the guidelines of their employee handbook, and a vast majority of the floor supervisors are not qualified to lead,others and are insensitive.
