Dr. Ha was assigned to my case back in 2017 when I still had Kaiser's HMO. I was new to HRT and wasn't sure about any of it. Dr. Ha was always patient with me, answered all my questions, never gave the impression that he was too busy to help. That meant the world to me and I want to make sure he knows he really made a positive difference, but also, he set the bar for how I think endocrinologists should be with their patients. Not many after him hit the mark.
Dr. Ha was friendly, competent, and professional. He took the time to provide detailed information about the process and provided time to ask questions. He helped me feel at ease with the procedure.

I was nervous and scared to sit and divulge my medical history to a Stranger on a first visit.. but, this is their job, and I believe the doctor listened to me and pointed me in the right direction, they gave me treatment options as well as gave me outside referrals that I wanted.
