I found the staff member at the front desk VERY insensitive. Telling me loudly that my lab results were bad as I am waiting to see the specialist. Why did he even have my results?! Dr. Mitra D. also spoke in front of everyone about RX etc which was also not acceptable. I have never experienced such behavior from anyone working at a medical office before. Although I went to see her for something fairly minor, Dr. Dastgheyb was very thorough during her examination. She spent much longer with me than I expected, asking lots of questions about my medical and family histories and then examining me and telling me about what she found. She did a good job answering my questions and really seemed to care about making me better all over, and not just for the issue I came to her about. I was impressed by her knowledge and professionalism.
Dr. D was straight forward and knowledgeable.
Unfortunately I had a terrible experience at this office. Gave me medication that made me far worse, then when I was almost out, I was ghosted. I now am in a thyroid storm and am extremely sick, and cannot get in anywhere else on an emergent basis for my autoimmune condition. Told me that my eating habits, which are for the most part healthy and balanced, were the cause of my hypoglycemia. Had markers on my bloodwork stating I clearly had an autoimmune condition but didn't believe that evidence despite me being so sick. The ... read more
Dr. Dastgheyb is amazing. She took the time to answer all of my concerns, is a great listener, kind and nurturing, everything you would want from a medical provider. Her advice helped me even further than my medical needs. God bless this doctor. Thank you for your help, Dr. Dastgheyb.
