Sneaky advertising: bait-n-switch – I found this place through Firestone website because Firestone sent me a coupon for $21.99 oil change. When I came to them they told me that they just use Firestone brand to get customers to come but don't honor Firestone coupons and their coupon price is $28.99. I said ok. Super Service – I took my truck to the shop thinking the worst and ready to pay up the nose for brakes, rotors, a tune up, I mean the works. I received a call from Lance stating that I just needed shocks and an alignment. my engine was fine and I had plenty of brakes left.
