Trustworthy, Fast and Reliable – I have been dealing with these guyrs since 2009 and have never had any compaint for their jobs. Except 1 time I faced a problem and went to their shop and they fixed it immediately. They do stand behind the products they sell and their services.
Horrible customer service at the front desk – Back in Aug 2008 I bought full set of tires (Firestone), including wheel alignment, balancing and mounting for $510. Their service was nice, polite and very friendly. They gave me 50000 miles limited warranty. In the last three years I have driven the car very seldom, all together less than 2000 miles. The Stall are very professional, courteous, and easy to understand. Above all honest and charged me a lot less than the Dealership was going to for the exact same service. Dastgah Tire and Service – This is the most honest, proficient, and efficient mechanic shop I've ever been to. Thank to Dastgah Tire Company & Service. The staff are incredibly friendly and didn't laugh their heads off at me, when I came in, worried about a high pitched noise that sounded like chains rattling, coming from my car when I drove. My car is a demon and seems to have problems since I have had it. The only ways the demons have been removed are because of Dastgah Tire Company & Service.
