Had them install some speakers awhile back on my 2017 mustang but couldn’t take the passenger speaker sounding so badly anymore brought it back to them to fix the problem but never got resolved. Took my door panel off today to notice they punctured a hole in my 1000$ speakers.. very unprofessional and not trustworthy..
Those folks don’t know what they are doing. I called about an install in a unique vehicle and they asked me to bring it by so I took the time to bring it by. I then set up an appointment to get the work done finding out after coming to the appointment that the project was too far out of their ability and comfort level. Mind you that the installer/estimator told me that he gets the local dealer who also does these installs out of trouble all the time was NOT able to do the install. These guys are the best ! My compressor went out on my LG side /by side refrigerator ! They were right there - picked up my refrigerator and gave me a loaner side by side ice and water. It took a couple weeks to get mine back - I almost cried when they brought it in - missed it so much ! They are here now and just putting the doors on and getting everything else in place !
