Dash is a horrible company. They outright ignore tenants and refuse to respond to any requests while violating Residential Tenancies Act. Mark Lefor is the most unprofessional individual anyone could deal with - he is arrogant and exceptionally rude while never following up on requests. Do not use Dash.
Never use their service. They are professional in making excuses. They never take your call, and their so-called Meld platform is just good for getting maintenance requests. Avoid them at all costs. I’ve had an excellent experience working with both Daniel, Michelle, and the Dash team. Their communication is always clear, professional, and timely, which makes managing any issue a breeze. They’re highly responsive, proactive in addressing maintenance concerns, and always one step ahead when it comes to keeping tenants and owners informed. I’d highly recommend Dash to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and trustworthy property management team.
Awful customer relations team. Very poor communication between tenants and landlords. A lot of bureaucracy and time-wasting. For all tenants — be cautious with them and triple check every single request they have. Annual inspection? Take all your time. They are very keen on empowering shady landlord schemes, don’t be tricked. If you need free resources, contact Landlord Tenant Board or Legal Aid Ontario.
