Very bad customer service. We booked a showing to BUY a unit, however we never found the lockbox to even see the unit! We called the agent couple of times, she responded but we did not find it helpful. After almost an hour of searching for the lockbox, calling the agent, calling the current tenant, knocking on the door, and waiting for so long, we ended up leaving the place without showing.
Lauren at DASH Property Management was amazing to work with! She helped my boyfriend and I find the perfect home and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. She was always responsive, supportive, and really listened to what we were looking for. We’re so grateful for her help and couldn’t recommend her more!

I had the pleasure of having Michelle Paredes Apunte helping me with my move in to the 5 Defries condo. Initially had excellent experience with Chris as my PM and had given Dash five stars, however, Chris moved on to another company and I was reassigned to Mark Lefor. Under the management of Mark, there were live electrical wires left open in my unit for months. I had to call the electrical safety authority to do an inspection to push Mark to schedule an electrician to fix the issue.
