Rented a condo in midtown Toronto for 4 years with my wife. Dash was very responsive and helpful with any questions or maintenance issues. Above all else, Lauren was the best! She was always super helpful and friendly, while making our move out process a breeze! Would definitely recommend, thank you Lauren!!

This is really unfair for me to reach out to you Jack through this platform. Its been a several months since I paid the parking fine. Evey time when I call him he is unavailable to answer the call. And wrote several emails tagging the supervisors yet no response. This is the worst property management that I have ever encountered. Worst service. They are not on time to help the tenant at all . Hope I will hear you soon .
Not a trade-friendly management company. I replaced a toilet at 560 King Street West and was not allowed to dispose of the old toilet in the garbage room. Meanwhile, their own contractors are allowed to do so. It feels like there are two different standards depending on who the contractor is. Very disappointing experience.
I worked with Savannah and Lauren to find tenants for our condo. They kept us informed with showings, and completed all the credit and reference checks. Things moved very quickly and we had the place rented within a couple of months. Very happy with the service.
