We had a very disappointing experience with this property and Dash Property Management. From the day we moved in, we encountered multiple maintenance issues that were reported early on, but shockingly, some of them remained unresolved even after a full year. On top of that, any new issues that arose later during our stay were also subject to long delays and poor follow-up. I can confidently say that her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail have made a significant difference in my rental experience. She's always available should I need her. I highly recommend renting a property with them!
This property management company is very disorganized and unprofessional. I have reached out to our Portfolio Manager - Michelle Apunte multiple times, and she has not responded to any of our e-mails. She also promised to provide an update within 3 days when I called her and has not done so. The communication is clearly lacking. Michelle provided us with incomplete and incorrect instructions. Dash had repaved the driveway of our building, and Michelle informed us to park on the street since she had made parking arrangements.... read more
