Dash has a very easy to use website for logging maintenance requests, where they connect your request with the appropriate contractor. The entire process is seemless . Based on the few maintenance requests that we have submitted, the contractors that they work with are also great! Lauren (the portfolio manager for our property) is also very friendly and helpful!
The worst employees are Mark and Michelle! Do not deal with them! They are rude, unprofessional, and show absolutely no compassion or basic human decency. Management, please pay attention to these managers and address their conduct.
I had a great experience working with Daniel Gofman. From the very beginning, he has been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. He always took the time to listen to my concerns, kept me updated, and made sure everything was handled as quickly as possible.
