The service from this company is terrible, disorganized and unprofessional. I’ve been reporting the poor condition of one of the components in my apartment for over a year. Even after finally receiving a response, the issue has still not been resolved. They continue to ignore emails, phone calls, and work orders submitted through their request app. I truly do not recommend this company.
