Called two days before thanksgiving for emergency well repair. Leak in well line was undetectable by previous notable plumber in York area. Dash walked me through the entire troubleshooting process step by step so there are no surprises. Professional, courteous, thorough and responsive. Rare to find a business that operates this way now days. I would highly recommend to anyone that is unsure who to call. Thank you Dash! Saved the day. Happy Thanksgiving!
They used to be great a few years ago, but now it takes them over a week to respond to inquiries and just not very professional and not professional and reliable now. They attribute it to being really busy and blaming it on covid, but I can get other plumbers and sewer companies to respond with no problem and with much shorter week times who also have very good reviews
The service was great, cleaned and serviced our boiler and now it's quieter and runs less
