10/10 service. I had called Dash Drains to come and fix my kitchen sink that was clogged, and they sent a technician that had gotten there within an efficient time and provided outstanding customer service. I highly recommend requesting Steffan for any of your needs!
**update: soon after my review I was called by the company who sent out two guys to clean up the mess. They were very nice & professional and apologized for the mess that was left as well as refunding me for the service. Great customer service. Not impressed. We had a really bad clogged drain which I’m very appreciative of them fixing and they were nice guys, but they left a mess! Our main sewer drain was clogged and backing up into our basement so we called our plumber, who contracts with Dash Drains. Chris from Dash Drains was friendly, nice, and really knowledgable. He explained everything he was doing and why. He even explained what the drain auger does and how he knows what it's doing when it's in the pipe. He cleared the drain, tested to make sure it was completely clean, and then disinfected the area where the backup was! VERY professional. I highly recommend him and Dash Drains.
BEWARE. They will damage your house and cause leaks and then claim "no liability because are insurance only cover $11 worth of replacement materials if we cause major leaks". It would be laughable if it wasn't so annoying to deal with; that's not how liability works. I'm only creating this review because on top of damaging our house the management was extremely rude. Awesome company, great response. The washing machine drain in the basement overflowed on Sunday night the day before a holiday. They were there in about 30 minutes and both men , John and a helper, worked quickly to snake the inside sewer pipe then the sewer main from the house to the street. I was pleasantly surprised and very appreciative when the time came to pay. They were more than reasonable with the charge and added they had a 90 day warranty if there are any other issues. Great company from my experience. Thank you.
