I don’t frequently review businesses but I was very impressed by the professionalism and workmanship of Steffan and his associate/manager who assisted in our out of the ordinary antique home drainage situation the day before Thanksgiving. Even though the service was responsive- the person who came on call was initially nice but would not listen or investigate where the leak was- insisted the kitchen drain was clogged, and broke the kitchen drain pipe cover while trying to open it!. He snaked the drain pipe only in basement and not from sink - almost broke the whole thing as he kept yanking on the old metal pipes and pvc pipes mercilessly - charged me $325 including $100 for emergency service with no remorse of breaking the cap to the drain - and slammed the d... read more
Dash Drains were recommended by our plumber. Multiple rootings from our usual rooter seemed to clear the blockage, which unfortunately then returned within a day or two. Dash Drains came in and located the problem with a camera, it was a 3 inch rooter head, broken off and lodged in the pipe, set in the concrete ledge, between the toilet and the back door, obviously left by our usual rooter guy.
