Joe was fantastic! He came late at night on a Sunday, worked in the basement and figured out the unique pipe layout, and was able to help declog our drain quickly and with minimal disruption. He cleaned up, was very friendly and kind, which is an absolute dream when you’re going through the stress of a clogged pipe. Highly recommend!!

Joe came to my apartment to fix my sink drain. There was SO much rust, see photo. He was very kind, and as a woman he was respectful and never made me feel unsafe. He ended up coming for 2 days, 5 hours each and gave it his ALL. I am very grateful that my sink works now!

We called for a late night emergency. Main drain blocked. Joe responded quickly. He was professional, pleasant and efficient. Everything was cleaned up and the drain flowing! Thanks Joe!

Sunday evening…water stopped going into septic tank and backed up into our basement through the washing machine drain. Called Dash…night tech was on a call and had his backup call us back. Andrew called back and said he would arrive in 42 minutes. (He did) Found the issue in the outflow pipe going into the tank. Cleaned the pipe and water flowed. Very professional, on time, solved the problem, headed out to his next call. Highly recommend!
