Really a ZERO rating..... Hooray!!! For the SECOND time, I’ve asked not to have supplies auto-shipped to me as I did not authorize an order and today another box of crap shows up at my door and a bill for 130 bucks was emailed to me!! I’m STILL waiting for my 154 dollar refund to my insurance flex account they basically stole from my last shipment I returned to the store. Do NOT deal with these people!!! Better Business Bureau will be getting a claim filed tomorrow!
Ditto on the robocalls ... returned equipment 6 months ago in person, got a receipt, paid whatever needed to close account, but continue, to date, getting calls robocalls on how equipment is working? Just block them, and add them to your Do Not Call Registry via the AGO at 1-800-282-0515. If calls persist after that, file a complaint at www.ohioattorneygeneral.gov AND the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The FTC enforces Do Not Call laws. Harassing robo calls, everyday. I do not owe them anything and they just call to ask how my machine is working! EVERY damn day!!!
