Zack at the Westerville location is truly the best.I can be a piece of work at times and in all the years that Dasco have been servicing me, Zack have always been professional, empathetic and has gone above and beyond to resolve all issues, complaints and concerns. Thought I was getting a bed from spinal surgery. Instead I got a lie, scammed, sent to collections and no bed. DO NOT USE
Really a ZERO rating..... Hooray!!! For the SECOND time, I’ve asked not to have supplies auto-shipped to me as I did not authorize an order and today another box of crap shows up at my door and a bill for 130 bucks was emailed to me!! I’m STILL waiting for my 154 dollar refund to my insurance flex account they basically stole from my last shipment I returned to the store. Do NOT deal with these people!!! Better Business Bureau will be getting a claim filed tomorrow!
Ditto on the robocalls ... returned equipment 6 months ago in person, got a receipt, paid whatever needed to close account, but continue, to date, getting calls robocalls on how equipment is working? Just block them, and add them to your Do Not Call Registry via the AGO at 1-800-282-0515. If calls persist after that, file a complaint at www.ohioattorneygeneral.gov AND the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The FTC enforces Do Not Call laws. Harassing robo calls, everyday. I do not owe them anything and they just call to ask how my machine is working! EVERY damn day!!!
Phone calls are not returned at all or several days later. The number on the business card the DASCO representative gave us, is not her direct number but a voice mail several people share. Billing is the opposite of transparent. Would never stay with this company, if our health insurance did not have them as provider.
