If it were in any way possible to provide a negative number of stars I would. This place is completely incompetent in fulfilling resupply orders and even following through on what they promise. I was told by Dasco that I would be signed up for auto refill when my insurance changed the first of this year. That information was wrong. No big deal, mistakes happen. I want to very strongly complain about your billing service and general business model. I will proceed to do so as well on social media and any area I can find to review your business. I received a bill from your office, with an account number and a price to pay. Mauricio from Dasco Home Medical Services was a great help when my mom came home from the hospital requiring oxygen. He made us feel very important and was very respectful. He helped put our minds at ease with the knowledge and resources he provided for us.
I rarely need to call for assistance, bur mu Oxygen concentrator was having problems. I have had several technicians in the past, but this time a technician named Paul, out of the Columbus location came out. along with being the friendliest, Pail, by far, was the most knowledgeable. Techs in the past never gave reasons why or mentioned anything about maintenance and proper care. Paul, on the other hand, showed us a filter on the back that needs to be cleaned weekly. My mom has been using your oxygen tanks and I can truly say she loves the communication and delivery of her tanks. They are always on time and she's never had any problems with. She loves everyone at the company. She says they're like family to her.
