Quincy delivered my oxygen equipment yesterday. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the equipment..
April 10th my physician put in an order for a nebulizer with Dasco. Never heard a word from them. April 16th my sister had appointment with same physician and called her in a nebulizer at Dasco, same place. By the time she got home from doc visit, she was already getting texts from Dasco about her order. I still never heard a word. April 17th I called Dasco and asked where my machine was at? Quincy was wonderful and patient while he explained how to use all this new equipment and Demetri(sp) was wonderful while I struggled to remember to call him with my husbands info
Quincy is a huge asset to the DASCO CO. He took more than ample time to carefully explain to three of us and he explained everything so well that we struggled to have many questions...not to mention on his way home from work he gets called to take care of setting up my wife's oxygen generator... That's dedication right there!
