2018 I went to Banner Physical Therapy Queen Creek for my Knee I was very happy with my treatment at that time. May 2019, My knee was to be replaced. I had scheduled an evaluation at Queen Creek on 5/16/2019. My Surgery was moved from 5/13/19 to 5/16/19. I rescheduled with Banner Physical Therapy, their only opening was 5/20/19. On 5/20/19 I had to go to the Emergency Room. Once again I called to reschedule, their only opening was 5/28/19.
