I would not recommend this guy to anyone! If you deal with him you better be on your P's and Q's. He is a snake in the business and gives Real Estate a bad name. He has very shady business ways and is a very fast talker. He presented us with an investment offer which turned out to be a conniving scheme. We would supply the upfront money for a deal he had and we'd make a nice quick investment return. Working Daryl has been a great process. Daryl has been very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He has offered a helping hand for finding insurance, contractors, funding etc. I definitely feel that Daryl has had my best interest in mind during this entire transaction.
