Black mold in our bathroom on the ceiling and water damage on wall in bottom apartment. Not to mention mice. The manager runs around trying to sleep with male tenants. NO LOCKS ON FRONT DOOR SO STANGERS JUST RUN IN AND OUT..FOUND A MAN LAYING OUTSIDE MY DOOR CHARGING HIS PHONE BUT DIDN'T LIVE ON PROPERTY. I WOULD NEVER REFER EMEIS!!!!

They don't care about the people who rent from them . You go to them with a problem your having with your property manager they side with them. I've had issues with mine and went to Kory and Andrew nothing gets done it's okay how tenants at the property I'm at at gets treated by the landlord. If I would of known this I would of never rented from them ridiculous I'm getting evicted because people can't do their jobs and make up lies
