No good at all. They requested 10 days from lease signing to move in. House was over grown, there was major damage in and around house. The water heater had gray slimy water in it that smelled so bad and they took so long to come out and fix it. We couldn't even use our water. They keep charging us random fees. STAY AWAY.
Customer service poor, maintenance service poor……been there four month a/c went out took almost two months to fix keep getting ppl sent to my house and look around and not fix nothing.

The WORST Real estate company EVER… they never answer the phone the make you leave a voicemail but never calls you back. You have to crawl thru the window when you first move in because no answers to give you the code. We have scorpions and black widows like crazy. They have been charging me for renters insurance even tho I sent proof of having it. The apartments and people are nice but I beg they sell them…
