Darwin Jones Property Management is an adequate property management company.
The house had a leak in the water heater located in the garage and the owner didnt want to pay to get rid of the mold that had built up so he left it there. Within 3 months my baby got sick from inhaling all of the mold along with myself to where i had to write them to cancel out the lease. I was then charged for a HOA trash can violation fee.
