THIS BUSINESS IS WORKING WITH A TOW OPERATOR THAT PROVIDES FALSE INFORMATION. FOR EXAMPLE, THEY MISSREPRESENTED THEMSELF TO MY COUSIN, SAID THE CLOSEST STORAGE YARD WAS CLOSED, WHEN IN FACT I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE OWNER, AND THAT WAS NOT TRUE. THEY THEN TOWED A CAR OVER 5 MILES DISTANCE FROM AN ACCIDENT SCENE TO DARTZ, BYPASSING SEVERAL YARDS. DARTZ CHARGED OVER $3100.00 FOR THE TOW AND 5 DAYS STORAGE. MUCH GREATER THAN THE QUOTES I HAVE GOT FROM OTHER STORAGE YARDS IN THE AREA, POLICE TOWING INCLUDED
This place just illegally took my vehicle and wants to charge me $250 after i explained everything about a shady tower.
