This Apartment Complex is located in the heart of UCI, location its great, lots of restaurants across the street. The apartments are nice, well taking care of, maintenance is great.the complex is part of the Irvine company. Rent is about 2000 a month plus utilities, for a 2 bed 2 bath.
I Moved into my apartment about 3 months now and I absolutely love how big my Apartment is it’s super spacious. For how big the apartment is I’m surprised on how large my patio is. I moved into my apartment and it was absolutely MOVE IN READY! Jasmine frias in the front office made my move in process Super easy really fast! If you plan on moving here ask for Jasmine Frias in the front office and she will make your move in process a Breeze and a walk In the park!
I believe Sarah creamer is the most professional .she handled my case very nice and kindly .up on coming She comes to you all smiling and you feel very welcome. She gives you positive energy .iam so glad on my first day I met such a nice professional lady God bless her and her family.
Its self-guided tour is very useful and fantastic.
