Most unprofessional and worst dealership in the town .. i went there because the brake pedal on my brandnew durango was shaking and all the components are under warranty the current mileage on the car is 7870km . They have destroyed the caliper with over torque so that they don't have to replace the part under warranty. They said you have done that . My question is why would i do that on my brandnew car . If anybody is planning to spend $80k-$100k please go with other brand don't trust them or you will regret it.

Recently bought a 2024 ve tiguan from this dealership. The vehicle is in great shape and we like it. Upon purchasing i discovered 1 of the fobs didnt work ,also the keyless entry wasn't working . The sales dept told me to get it fixed at my local vw shop and they would cover the costs of repairs . 1 month later and 4 to 5 calls and emails and i feel as though they are trying to not pay this invoice ,even though I was assured it would be taken care of . I’ve purchased/traded two vehicles at this dealership, and the sales team has been excellent—professional, helpful, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the service department has been a completely different experience. I’ve visited the Express Lane at least five times, and every single time it was closed. Routine maintenance has been unnecessarily difficult because of this. On top of that, the service staff doesn’t seem very welcoming or motivated to help. I’m very disappointed with the service. After my vehicle was serviced, the coolant cap was left open, which caused all the coolant to leak out and the engine to overheat badly. I had to refill the coolant myself and take my vehicle to another dealership, where they confirmed the cap had been left open. When I called the original dealership to report their mistake, I was told they couldn’t inspect my car for another 4 days, even though this issue was caused by their negligence.
