I’m very disappointed with the service. After my vehicle was serviced, the coolant cap was left open, which caused all the coolant to leak out and the engine to overheat badly. I had to refill the coolant myself and take my vehicle to another dealership, where they confirmed the cap had been left open. When I called the original dealership to report their mistake, I was told they couldn’t inspect my car for another 4 days, even though this issue was caused by their negligence. Had a great experience at this dealership thanks to Michael, Dan, and Ryan. I visited Dartmouth Dodge on two occasions in December 2025, with scheduled appointments for both visits. During my first visit, I waited approximately 7.5 hours, and during the second visit, nearly 6 hours. In both cases, I was advised the service would take approximately 1–2 hours. I was informed that my vehicle was taken in late on both occasions; however, as I arrived on time for scheduled, first-of-the-day appointments, this delay was service department related.
