I visited Dartmouth Dodge on two occasions in December 2025, with scheduled appointments for both visits. During my first visit, I waited approximately 7.5 hours, and during the second visit, nearly 6 hours. In both cases, I was advised the service would take approximately 1–2 hours. I was informed that my vehicle was taken in late on both occasions; however, as I arrived on time for scheduled, first-of-the-day appointments, this delay was service department related. very bad experience, sitting in a line for more than 2 hours for just a oil change, they do not care about customers.
The guys and gals at Dartmouth Dodge are great to deal with, very professional and helpful when you find yourself looking for a new vehicle. Highly recommend them.
