I hate writing reviews, but I feel one is warranted. Dr. Dave is a great dentist, if you have a problem he makes it right. Lucy was one of the best office managers I have ever seen, she was excellent working with your insurance company and knowing exactly what you would owe in advance. Working with Jenny has been a nightmare, she hasn't responded to an insurance requests from April 21st, which is for the amount that I owe. Very frustrated....
