Tim and Aaron went over and above for me multiple times. Every time I called on the was a “small” job and they did it perfectly.
My sons worked for these guys did flooring, did all the cleaning, painting, drywall and then they didn't pay them all of their money that was agreed apon! They are scammers and contrasts. I would never trust them to do business with.
What kind of realtor lies? Yes. Lying! This company does. When you make a mistake. Own it. You should be professional. Leave a positive mark on that neighborhood when selling a property. Not make a neighbor and the resident go at each other with YOUR lies. Don’t play victim when you made a mistake. This is an easy unbiased review for me, because I hadn't even heard of Dart reality before I saw the house, I had no friend ties or any expectations he was simply unlocking the door so I could check out the inside! He ended up doing a little more in the end! I broke every common sense rule using Dart reality, After it was all said and done Dart Reality was the listing agent for the seller, they were the my agent on the purchase, and Deanna Sold my existing home I was going to sell!
