Dart Heating provided this senior and his wife with excellent service and fair pricing. Personable technicians did a good job and took the time to explain and answer our questions. It's difficult to find this kind of reliability nowadays!
We had a furnace breakdown yesterday.Darts diagnosed,ordered the part,picked up the part and installed the part within four hours.Furnace is running perfectly.Darts had to travel several times between Peterborough and Port Hope to complete this task.Amazing service and wonderful people.We have been dealing with Darts for 16 years and will be dealing with them for another 16 years. Our thanks to Brian and his talented crew !!!
This company has not responded to numerous phone calls. Is this the way a 5 star business is run.
The technician came to my house and said my air conditioner needed replacement. He said unit had no freon in it. Another company came and fixed it within 25 minutes. Turns out a mouse chewed wires. Unit had lots of freon in it. Tried to sell me 4000 dollar air conditioner.Stay away from this company!
