I took my mom here for some very serious issues she was having and he told her she was just getting old. On top of that, he prescribed her a medication that interacted with a medicine she was already taking that could have had very bad consequences. Luckily, her pharmacist caught it. He just wrote her off. He was only in the room with us for about 2-3 minutes and we waited for almost 1½ hours between the waiting room and being called to the back. What a disgrace!
Horrible doctor. He couldn’t figure out my problem after a cat scan and some bloodwork so he decided I must be making it up. His advice was to “move around more”. Since then I have been diagnosed and treated with quite a bit of improvement in my symptoms, no thanks to Dr. Dave. Uncaring, mean and narcissistic.
Friendly and professional staff. Dr. Dave was able to quickly get to the essence of my issue. He went over several treatment options and was not hesitant to recommend the one he thought I needed. He had an impressive mind and had a complete command of my history, which was impressive.
Worst place to go. I had to wait 2 hours in the lobby because they 'forgot' about me despite me checking in 15 minutes before my appt. Dr Dave then proceeds to tell me the medicine im on is a bad medicine and i need to change (keep in mind this is the best medicine for my condition and multiple patients have told me this) I told him I would prefer to stay on it and he refused to give me a refill for my medicine, leaving me without meds until I can get to someone else.
Dr.Dave (pronounced Dah Vay)Was not a good doctor. His staff was friendly and I loved them but he tried to combat nearly all of my previously established diagnosis on the first appointment. He does not listen to the patients. He talks over you. And they over book INSANELY. It's very clear this doctor is in it for the cash. The waiting room was packed full and I waited for over an hour and a half with elderly people who also hadn't been seen. Thank you to the kind staff. Never seeing this doctor again.
I have a very rare disorder. After five years of searching for answers with doctors in several states, it was Dr. Dave and another CAMC physician who diagnosed my disorder. I was hospitalized at the time, and he made several visits and took his time going over the diagnosis and answering my questions. He worked with me to set-up a treatment plan, which included partnering with a national clinic. I have seen him since I was released from CAMC, and found him to be equally attentive in my office visits. He has sat down, talked ... read more
I was referred to Dr. Dave for some complications I was having from a procedure done a couple months earlier. Got in 1 day later. First person that saw me was an intern physician. He took his time and asked several questions....checked my reflexes......and a few minutes later Dr. Davey came in. He took his time and did an initial exam. He questioned me about what was going on and took the time to answer all of my questions. After making a decision to run a test on me, he turned to the intern to ask him if he agreed with the ... read more
I've been seeing Dr Dave since 2007 and have always been treated great!
I have NEVER written a negative review but: I appeared for my appointment, waited approximately 45 minutes to be shown to an exam room where I waited another 20 minutes. The "doctor" came in, made small talk for 2 minutes, described my condition for 2 minutes, said there was nothing that could be done for my condition and left. He barely let me ask questions. His office then called me to make another appointment. I thought he had considered other treatment options. I again waited another hour + to be told again there was not... read more
