My experience with Westlake Family Dentistry was great from the moment I called to schedule an appointment over the phone. Valerie answered the phone call with a cheerful attitude. She asked some basic questions to speed the registration process. Later she transferred the call to Denise who took care of the appointment. She ask when it was convenient for me to go. Every staff member in Westlake Family Dentistry is very professional, ethical and caring. As soon as you walk in, you know you are in the best dental office in Brownsville.
Had a great experience friendly staff nice facilities everything look clean and city of the art service was fast and they made me feel very at ease they explain to me the process and what I had to do to get my teeth cleaned and fixed I highly recommend!

The office staff was excellent, from the time we walked into the office, they made the whole visit as easy as possible.
