My last visit was in January. I am puzzled as to why a review is requested for July. I had an appointment in July but was not reminded of my appointment. I am sure it was canceled due to the COVID crisis. All my previous visits have been very good. Clean environment and little to no waiting.

Staff are courteous.Dr Nunez & his hygienist explained everything thoroughly. The office is modern, clean, beautiful & has a welcoming atmosphere.

Extraordinary customer service from the time you enter until the very end when you walk out the door. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Nunez as well as assistants explain details of what is being done on your child. The best part of visit is when x-rays and/or clips of teeth are shown to client (your child). Your child can see the damage in their teeth by not brushing and not flossing teeth. 👍

With the pandemic going on, I had not been out of my house for the past 7 weeks. Therefore, a little reluctant to attend my dentist appointment. Even knowing that Westlake Family Dentistry is always clean. Everything seems to be in place. However, as soon as I arrived all employees especially the assistant that helped me today made me realize that all employees were taking that extra measurements those extra steps for the safety of the customer and themselves. The entire staff at this facility is very nice and professional. I had a lot of anxiety about going for my first visit with them but Ms. Norma and her assistant made me feel comfortable and she was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my oral health. I look forward to visiting again. :)
