In 2010 Marty Kotis transformed the shutdown Darryl's Restaurant and Bar into Darryl's Wood Fired Grill. The menu features a range of tantalizing steaks and ribs, along with American classics like burgers, sandwiches, soups and salads. There is something for everyone on the menu here. You can also chug beers and dine on the patio or around the fire pit. Guests can also enjoy a unique dining experience in their two jail-themed rooms or the carnival area which is complete with Ferris wheel seating.
