We just hired Darryl and his crew to come and put in a new water heater for us. I can't say enough good things about this company. The staff are super friendly and helpful and Darryl is extremely experienced and super easy to talk to. I highly recommend them.
Brett came out, seemed pleasant enough and spent an hour going over what we were looking for in a new furnace and AC unit. When our consult finished we were informed that we would be receiving a quote in one to two days. 9 days later we still had no quote, I called the office spoke with his secretary?... Amazing customer service! Our AC stopped working just as we were heading into a hot spell. We got lucky and they were able to squeeze us in the same day I called. They had our problem fixed in no time and pricing was reasonable and a lot less than we thought the repair would cost. Highly recommend this company!
In early January we had Darryl's come to check out the blower motor on our gas furnace as it started to make a grinding noise. They confirmed the motor needed to be replaced and also discovered that the heat exchanger was cracked. This meant the furnace had to be locked out until it was repaired or replaced. Brett was very helpful in giving us a variety of quotes and explained the pros and cons of each choice.
