I heard this guy lecture many years ago for Mannatech, a multi level ponzi-like company. He claimed that 30 minutes after they were harvested vegetables had no phytonutrient content so that was why everyone needed Mannatech product. He never provided literature to support his claim. Stay away from him if you value honesty.
