Spent 3 days in Mackinaw City(9-26,27,28). Went to Darrows 3 times. Great food, courteous staff and soup so good it will buckle your knees. We don't come too often, we live in Granville, IL. But when we do come, a stop at Darrows is a must.
Spent last weekend in Mackinaw and after such a disappointing dinner at another place we headed to Darrow's. Ordered the whitefish dinner and was in heaven. The fish was huge and wonderful. The onion rings started our meal and then after we both had a piece of the new apple pecan cheese cake. Oh heaven's above the meal was wonderful and the service great. The pie is the best!
We drive 5 hours every year for the Whitefish Finger Basket. More than worth it every time!
