This was my first time at this office, as I was referred here from a coworker. I was originally going to just come in for a cleaning next month, but a crown of mine popped off and i needed to get in soon. I went in today and I love that dr. Bateman cared about my particular situation. I'm pregnant and in my third trimester, so immediately her decisions were based on my well being. 6 month checkup I appreciate getting in timely for my appointment. My dental hygienist was very good and friendly. So was Dr. Bateman. I feel I am getting good care there!
My last dentist office couldn't get one of my back molars clean. On top of that they did a cleaning that my insurance wouldn't cover, even though I said only what was covered. I went two years without a cleaning after this. I wanted to find a different dentist and was honestly afraid to have another cleaning. My experience with Darrow was beyond pleasing. My dental assistant, Jerry, was wonderful. She made sure every nook and cranny was cleaned. She made sure I was comfortable throughout my cleaning. I will be back for my 6 ... read more

Cleaning and exam Kind of a routine visit. I felt the dental assistant did a really thorough job. You can tell by the length of time taken and the effort.My general dental health has gotten better over the years. I finally got the message and strarted working at it, with help and encouragement of staff.
