Excellent experience! Dr. Lewis is knowledgeable and takes the time to fully answer questions and explain things in a way that’s understandable. He cares about your overall wellbeing.

While I did trust his assessment (when I saw him), he was a bit pompous (no problem) and abrupt (still no problem), yet there were too many office appointment cancellations to feel confident of consistent care as a new cardiac patient. Eventually I had to leave him, was assigned to someone in the same office and yep, appointment cancellations with the other cardiologist in the same office. Where do I turn? It is unsettling being on cardiac meds and not knowing whom to turn to.
Explained everything clearly of what was happening and how we are going to treat it.
I highly recommend Dr. Lewis for his outstanding care. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring that I understand. His clear explanations and patient-centered approach make me feel valued, and I never feel rushed during my appointments. As an accomplished interventional cardiologist, Dr. Lewis brings expertise and compassion to every interaction. I'm very grateful to have him as my Cardiologist!!!
Dr. Lewis has a policy, if you're 1/one minute late he won't see you- no exceptions. Doesn't matter if only one of the three elevators are working in at the office bldg. This information is not relayed to new patients when appointments are scheduled,which it should be.
The communication is unacceptable. The worst office staff I have ever experience .Hard to get refills, results, call backs, appointments scheduled 2 xs were canceled I understand emergency's. After an ECHO since DEC 23 no call back. I called 3xs for a result. Never called back. The spp they gave me is for may 21. 5 mths after echo and 8 MTS since last appointment.. Period UNACCEPTABLE
He listens and makes recommendations and explains why I am taking the medication I am taking.
Dr. Lewis has a pleasing and pleasant personality. He listens to what I have to say and encourages or gives pratical suggestions/information to help or alleviate any symptoms talked about. Dr. Lewis is a 'people person.'
