NEVER use this company. They take advantage of the elderly through strong-arm tactics. BRUCE STERN is a deceitful, horrible human. TERRIBLE company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
We have used this company since 2007 and trust them completely for all our heating and A/C needs. Their sales staff are never pushy, but always provide you with the best service to fit your needs/budget. Their installation staff are top-of-the-line; they are always on time, courteous, informative, and efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Tampa Bay area who might be looking for a reputable and reliable heating and A/C company.
