We have now been in business since 2002. We started with just Darrick himself and have now greatly expanded to 15 employees. We are currently serving many of the surrounding counties and are always growing with more customers everyday. Roger was AWESOME!! Our vacation started out with a deer/car collision on a Sunday morning. Even with not all the correct information, he found us!!
Not honest about cost over the phone was almost 400% of what I was told it would be.
Thanks for the great service, Roger. I was not a happy camper when I found out my vehicle needed to be towed from Owatonna to Kenyon. However, when Roger showed up, he was quick and we were on our way in no time. We had a great conversation all the way to Kenyon. Roger spoke very highly of his boss and the Darrick's Preferred Auto Business. I would highly recommend their service.
