We are currently serving many of the surrounding counties and are always growing with more customers everyday. Had them balance my tires. Got my truck back with tires not balanced but with missing lug nuts and loose wheels. Had a friend that they did the same thing to her car but the wheel actually fell off as they were driving it down the road. Then they tried to lie and said it happened in their yard after there was many witnesses that actually watch it happy in front of a restaurant.
I had car problems back on January 16, 2017. I had to call roadside service and Roger Norris came to save the night for me. 5 stars are not even close to the experience I got from this company and Roger. I'd have to say more like 1,000 stars. I had felt so bad about having car issues and he made me feel so much better and was such a professional and extremely funny. He even stayed with me so I was safe until my boss came and picked me up after he landed at the airport. This man and company is AMAZING!!!!! I thank God for him... read more
We are very grateful for Roger coming to our rescue on I-35 during a huge traffic backup because of a horrific wreck. After sitting alongside the highway for 3 hours with a stalled car, he was a welcomed sight and so kind to us and very professional. Thanks, Roger, and the staff at Darrick's for repairing our vehicle and getting us back on the road!!
Roger was amazing. After LONG road trip and finally being 24 miles from home....a deer decided to put us out of commission. Roger found us quickly and immediately things went smoothly. He was so calm, friendly and professional. He went WAY out of his way to be helpful. We could not be more pleased or grateful for the excellent service. Thank you!!!!!!!
