I'm extremely disappointed in Dr. Darrick Neibaur who performed my cataract surgery. He told me that for my surgery he needs to use Ora system, which normally it isn't covered by the Insurance or at least not up-front. Its cost is $750. To reimburse me my Insurance needed a statement from Dr. Darrick Neibaur confirming that Ora was necessary for my surgery. I spent 2-3 months trying to reach him.
