Never had an issue . All work on my kids by dr tong was professional and they had the best time with him .. Great bedside manner . alot more than i can say for my kids last dentist. His staff is great at easing my families fears of going and able to give me peace of mind when it comes to budgeting the finances for care. Love the fresh baked cookies and amenities . I would rather go and pay a dental office that truly cares for me and my family than the cheapest dentist in town !
I've been seeing Dr. Tong at Washington Dental for as long as I can remember. He still have a picture of me when I was a little kid. I'm 23 years old now, and I would not dream of going to another dentist. The office just continues to get nicer, and it does not feel like you're at a dentist's office. The doctors are all phenomenal practioners, the entire team here is unbelievably good at what they do, and they build such great relationships with their patients.
While the facilities are impressive and the smell of fresh-baked cookies alluring, we were dissatisfied with the quality of care that our six-year-old daughter received. Several cavities were improperly filled, causing decay and abscess underneath, requiring expensive and painful corrective procedures. Avoid, especially if you have young children.
Going to the dentist for me was never a pleasant experience. That all changed since I became a patient of Washington Dental Associates. Dr. Tong, Dr. LaCap and their team have completely changed my mind about the dentist office. As you walk into the office you smell fresh baked cookies, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional.
