I had the opportunity to work with Darren on a listing he had in Pennsburg . I represented the buyers for the property. Darren's communication with me during the transaction was fantastic. We thought we might have had a hiccup in the transaction and he and I worked well together to keep emotions in check and got to the settlement table in a win-win situation for both of our clients. Darren is the best! I sold a commercial building and he had to pretty much duke it out with the township and locals to get occupancy, which he did. He went to the town meetings and spoke to locals even afterwards. Darren was there every step of the way. Successful sale! This is the second time I used his real estate services and I would hire him again.
