I am insured with a PPO that does not require a referral to see a specialist. However, this office refused to see me without a referral, even though it is not per insurance policy.
Keller was hurried, rude, and failed to return my followup office call in a timely manner after a surgical procedure. I quickly transferred to another specialist.
Outstanding! Dr. Keller has been my sons doctor while we try to figure out what his symptoms mean. The Dr. was incredibly thorough and responsive and answered every one of my many many questions. He completely explains everything and puts our concerns at ease
