We have used Darren and his team on two separate occasions. Both times he exceeded our expectations and sold our home faster than the market average for our area. He uses 3d schematics of your home to allow the buyer an opportunity to "walk through" before the showing. He was constantly in touch with both my wife and I to make sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. He answers emails/texts at all hours of the night, I do not think he sleeps. If you need to buy or sell a home I cannot recommend Darren James enough!! After one call he and his staff immediately took the stress off of me and started making it happen. I knew that he had the reputation of "the guy to go to" if you wanted your house sold, and now I know first hand that it is true. He has made me a believer and a very happy customer. Do not hesitate, call him asap, you will be so glad you did!!

Darren's team did a fantastic job of reaching out during our home search in Baton Rouge. His website was great to search from home but I was most impressed by the fact he always answers the phone. Hard to find someone now with that level of customer service. I'll be recommending Darren's team to anyone looking to relocate to the area.
