Darrell was very personable and extremely experienced in his field. In his spare time he renovates houses, so he was able to spot damages I missed such as woodpecker damage on the siding of the house and water damage on the ceiling of a closet. Also, as a first time home buyer, he walked me through the entire closing process and made it simple.
